This job is ideal for someone who wants to spend a ski season in resort working in an administrative/office role. Assisting the managing director in resort, the role involves participating in sales and customer service both over the telephone from the office and face-to-face with customers during their ski holidays. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience or qualifications in travel and tourism and administration, be computer literate and have a good telephone and face-to-face manner with customers. Accommodation, lift pass and uniform are supplied together with a competetive salary. There will be an opportunity to ski on days off and some flexibility in working hours (which will vary from week to week) to allow for some ski time, with a chance to take instruction from the Redpoint resort team and develop your own skiing.
